A clear, honest look at your roof's condition — useful before buying or selling a home, after a storm, or when you're simply not sure.
Learn about roof inspections
Organized from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Plenty of roofers can install shingles. What homeowners remember is whether the contractor showed up when they said they would, explained things clearly, and left the property the way they found it. That's the part we've built Ridgestone around.
-
You'll always know who to call
One point of contact for your project, from the estimate to the final walkthrough.
-
Everything important is in writing
Scope, materials, price, and schedule — documented so there's no guessing later.
-
The details get the most attention
The places most roofs fail — flashing, valleys, vents, and edges — are where we slow down.
-
Every home gets the same standard
A ranch or a custom home, the communication, care, and cleanup don't change.

Common questions
Don't see your question? Call 810-275-8104 and we'll answer it.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. We'll look at your roof, explain what we find, and give you a written estimate at no cost.
What's included in a written estimate?
The scope of work, the materials we plan to use, and the price. If something is uncertain until the old roof is removed — like the condition of the roof deck — we'll explain how that's handled before you decide.
Do you offer repair as well as replacement?
Yes. If a repair is a reasonable option for your roof, we'll tell you. We'd rather recommend the right fix than the biggest one.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the roof, the materials, and the weather. You'll get an expected schedule with your estimate, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
What roofing materials do you work with?
Our focus is residential asphalt shingle roofing, including architectural shingles. If you're considering another material, ask us and we'll tell you whether it's something we can help with.
Can you help after storm damage?
Yes. We'll inspect the roof, photograph any damage, and explain your options. If you choose to file an insurance claim, the documentation gives you a clear record to work from. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance company.
Do you work on all kinds of homes?
Yes. Ranches, colonials, subdivision homes, and custom homes all get the same standard of care, communication, and cleanup.
Your home deserves a higher standard.
Tell us about your roof and we'll schedule a time to take a look. You'll get a clear, written estimate with no pressure to decide on the spot.
